Just Released! Mobile 3.1 Now Available

We have just completed a major new mobile release, v 3.1 that includes the following updates:

Editable Motion Detection Region
Customers can now create, edit, resize and set their “motion detection area”, directly from their mobile device. This enhancement is a big step forward in our UI, providing enhanced ease-of-use and convenience for customers and partners to optimize their camera settings. Note: the feature is currently only available for Hanwha and Amcrest cameras but it will be added for all Premium cameras shortly.

Revamped, Easy to Use Camera Edit Screen
We’ve made a major improvement to the Camera “edit” screen, with much better layout and organization of all the available camera settings.

Upgrade Center for Hanwha Techwin Cameras
This new feature enables one-click updates of your Hanwha cameras so that any firmware or Camcloud software updates can be made quickly and easily. Much like the existing “bulk camera add” feature, this creates a simple “one-click” ease-of-use experience.
