• Fall detection and other Care events are automatically sent to Camcloud’s cloud platform.
• Advanced alerts can be triggered instantly to notify caregivers or security staff.
• Remote Video Monitoring (RVM) can be activated, ensuring a trained agent reviews the event in real time.

Smarter Event Management

Once Care events are in Camcloud, customers can take advantage of our Event Explorer. This powerful search and review tool links every Care-triggered event to its corresponding video, making it easy to verify incidents, respond quickly, and improve safety outcomes.
